Form Weben (German for form weaving) is a research project and garment maker based at Cockpit in London, UK.
It aims not just to push boundaries, but eliminate them. Especially between garment and textile. This can create new ways of perceiving what a piece of cloth is and improve the cycle of production, through eliminating waste, making it less labour intensive and create a better understanding between the fields of fashion and textile design.
Form Weben is created by Sven Steinmetz, a weaver, researcher and designer.
